This post is a month late , was busy at college had my comprehensive examinations , farewell party and yeah my ankle was dislocated :P
I have been accepted for Google Summer of Code , under Pardus for continuing and integrating my Last years face authentication module. I will be mentored by Onur Küçük
ITS GOING TO BE AWESOME !
These are some of the Principles which will be mostly followed
1. Make It Configurable (for advanced user)
2. Donot Expect the user to know anything, so default configuration should work fine with just anyone
3. Write loosely coupled code
4. Write Documentation with the code!
Basically these are some points that i want to keep in mind while coding :) , so this will keep me in check
First Priority
Remove SVM from the CODE
Why?
It takes a lot of time to train, so a user gets irritated by the amount of time it takes!
